Connecticut minimum wage, jobs bill won't stay dead

Senate Democrats’ jobs package and a bill to raise the minimum wage were among the bills that dropped dead last week at midnight. But expect them to crawl from the grave in the form of budget implementers when the legislature meets for special session. Read Story
